Feeling inspired by boys. Girls dressed like boys to be exact. Take for example Dsquared Spring 2011, those cute twinsy brothers know what I mean!

BOY STYLE:: SHEARLING BOMBER JACKETS

17 Aug

This one’s for my friend Chris, who so lovingly follows my blog but admits “I love braids and all but coming from a man with about 3 centimeters of hair on my head… I just cant relate”
Fair enough! Here’s some man style for you, some eye candy for me, and a trend I’m loving on both men and women right now: shearling bombers.

                       Doesn’t the shearling collar look so warm?

STREET STYLE:: PINK + RED

12 Jul
Pretty much sums up my mood today. Red pants, pink shoes, easy trench, perfection! Oh and I covered his eyes because his eyebrows were giving me the creeps. If you’d like to see the uncensored version, click here.

BOY STYLE:: OH BOY

8 Jul

Ok ok, I will admit, I called it the second I saw them. I predicted these Acne shoes would be on every blogger’s feet before long and I meant it. Well what I really meant was, every female blogger. Never did I imagine in my wildest dreams that they’d make an appearance on a boy! Major props to Yuanyi Jeff Lee for rocking these Acne platforms, and props to photographer Nam for capturing it for all to see!

P.S. Girls and boys, Scorett is selling a sweet look-alike, see below

VIDEO:: YVES SAINT LAURENT COLLECTION HOMME SS2010

29 May
This kid cracks me up… And infuriates me. He’s at once both a scruffy kid and more stylish than me at the same time. Stefano Pilati presents the YSL Spring Men’s collection in this short film, shot by French actor/writer/director Samuel Benchetrit and starring Benchetrit’s 11-year-old son, Jules. Infuriatingly stylin’ Parisian kid Jules.

Tokyo Street Style

4 May
Japanese street style may conjure up images of Harajuku girls and real life anime characters, but you’d be surprised, their men have style!  Recently the Sartorialist Scott Schuman made his first trip to Tokyo and did what he does best – Captured genuine, intuitive personal style that cannot be faked.
